Help! I need sleep. I have taken Ambien for at least 3 mths., and it is not working. I average 4 hrs per night and walk around with my eyes burning & itching all day.

It's no secret that we live in stressful times and because of that, many people are finding it harder and harder to get a restful night of sleep.
